Each stem of flowers can bear up to fifty flowers on each stem over a long flowering period of a couple of months. The foliage is shiny green and sword shaped. It’s best to cut them using sharp secateurs early in the morning or in the evening\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eSome people advise recutting your iris at an angle once they are inside, either under a running tap or underwater in a bucket.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eDisplay your iris out of direct sunlight and breezes.
