Nestled in the Bombay countryside, Addenbrooke is a place to slow down and enjoy the beauty of nature. Wander through four acres of ever-changing gardens, explore the nursery and gift shop, and enjoy a range of garden experiences designed to make your visit memorable.
Garden Walk Only – $15 per person
Self-guided walk through the gardens with time to explore the nursery and gift shop.
Garden Walk + Devonshire Tea – $30 per person
Garden walk with homemade scones, jam, cream, and a pot of tea.
Garden Walk + Royal Tea – $40 per person
Garden walk with scones, jam, cream, cucumber sandwiches, strawberries and cream, and a pot of tea.
Children are welcome at $15 per person.
If your booking includes children, please let us know so we can process the order manually. A fun garden activity sheet is provided to keep young visitors entertained.
Gluten-free and dairy-free options are available for an additional $3 per person. Please contact us to add this to your booking.
Our gardens are partially wheelchair accessible. Most areas are flat lawn, with the main driveway paved. The pond area may be uneven, but the Devonshire Tea area is on flat lawn and accessible.
Payment is required when booking. While we do not offer refunds, bookings can be transferred to another Open Day with at least seven days’ notice.
In the event of low attendance or bad weather, we may need to reschedule. To reschedule, please email haley@addenbrooke.co.nz
All proceeds from our Open Days support School Start First Impressions, a local charity helping children begin school with essential supplies. Your visit directly supports local families and helps children start school with confidence.
